Came across an article today in the LA Times about how Pinkberry is being investigated by the state in regards to its use of the term “Frozen Yogurt”. The State of California says that a store can only use the term “Frozen Yogurt” if the product is mixed and frozen offside then delivered to the store. We all know that they make their yogurt with in the store. We’ll see how this plays out. A person that is pursuing this only wants Pinkberry to tell the truth to its customers and not advertise a false product.
