Rockie’s Frozen Yogurt - San Diego, CA

Don’t let the soft serve cup sizes fool you!

Here at Rockie’s Frozen Yogurt, they believe in hooking you up when it comes to getting your $’s worth.

For $2.75, what they affectionately call a “Junior” size, actually ends up being a hefty heaping of yummy yogurt goodness. The cup may be junior, but the yogurt swirls up to the top, so you get more than you expect. This is definitely a plus in my book, the more yogurt the merrier!

As for flavors, they don’t skimp out on variety. From butter rum to dulce de leche, gingerbread to peanut butter, toasted marshmallow to english toffee… you’re in for a treat. I had a craving for something on the fruity side, so I went with raspberry.

The raspberry was delightful, not too sweet, not too tart, and good enough to eat the entire thing!
You can also add various nut and fruit toppings if you desire, or get your yogurt on a cone.

What I like about this place, is that it’s just not the same old yogurt you’ve been seeing sprout up everywhere, imitating the Pinkberries of the world. This yogurt is in a league of its own, and I’m down for something different on occasion.

If you want to drop by for a different kind of yogurt, check it out in San Diego at:
