Who would have thought that simple frozen yogurt would ever have an association with ‘gourmet’, well according to the Sac Bee A business man in Sacramento will try and make this happen when he opens Mochii Monday and test the market for this higher class frozen yogurt experience.

They also have in interesting article on how Frozen Yogurt is creating a culture of its own. There’s also a mention of a local frozen yogurt shop in Sacramento called Yogurtopia, it’s crazy that this craze is really going to sweep the country soon. Who knows, we might start seeing frozen yogurt shops in the most least likely places.
