Tart Frozen Yogurt?

Posted on Wednesday 25 July 2007

I don’t browse Myspace too often, but I did com across a page Tart Frozen Yogurt. It looks like they are in the process of building a frozen yogurt shop in good old Las Vegas. I was not able to find a website for them, but according to their Myspace page their yogurt:

“So what actually makes our frozen yogurt better?

For starters, unlike most of our competitors, our frozen yogurt is made with fresh non-fat yogurt and fresh juices. We refused to use what the major food distributors sold as “frozen yogurt” mix. Instead, we spent countless months in the lab working on our own recipe. A recipe that we would feel proud to serve to our own children. Top it off with fresh kiwi…fresh blueberry…fresh mango…and if you’re feeling a little naughty - fruity pebbles. Mmm…

As far as taste and texture, ours is not as creamy as traditional ice cream and frozen yogurt. It is more refreshing and…well…more tart! And that Tart-ness is what makes you crave it again only minutes after finishing your cup.

We patiently wait to be licked by you…

Tart”

We’ll have to see if their claim to fame is actually true, because every shop out there uses a powder to mix their yogurt. I love their creative name as well, lovely.
