Italian Frozen Yogurt???

Posted on Wednesday 29 August 2007

Is the latest trend for all frozen yogurt shops to say that their product is Italian?

I’m no expert here, but I know for a fact Italians have gelato. But frozen yogurt?

The push to call ones frozen yogurt ‘Italian’ is probably more of a marketing strategy than anything. To give your frozen yogurt shop that edge! If there is something that makes the frozen yogurt ‘Italian’, please let us know. I guess ‘Asian Frozen Yogurt’ does not roll off the tongue as well.
