So we were curious to see how close the new Pinkberry in Little Tokyo was to the Cefiore. We were shocked when we arrived on the scene. Pinkberry opened their huge gigantic new store, the biggest store we’ve seen literally 50 yards across the street. The new Pinkberry store looks more of a huge marketing advertisement because the Pinkberry signage is massive. While current stores may use pretty small subtle signs, quite the opposite in this turf battle. Pinkberry went all out. If the sign doesn’t speak for itself, the lights will definitely catch your attention.
To get a better scope of this battle in Little Tokyo we decided to apply it to a map. If you were sitting at Pinkberry enjoying your ’swirled’ goodness you could see your fellow frozen yogurt fanatic that has chosen Cefiore instead. That’s how close the two stores are. Pick your side wisely folks because no matter which franchise you choose, the other is always watching…
