Yogurt Pad???

Posted on Friday 7 December 2007

Imagine my expression when I saw this sign flash in my peripheral vision on the way home. I had to stop and take a picture to prove it.
Unfortunately they weren’t open yet, and they’re located in a strange plaza that is away from the street.

Their sign claims to have self service frozen yogurt, similar to Yogurt Land and Yogurt World. We’ll update more when we find out.
Located on the corner of Golden West and Westminster Avenues in Garden Grove, CA.

I recently saw this store while going to Bank of America. It is located across the street from Westminster Plaza. For all of you wondering where the location is, the approximate location is on Westminster Blvd and I google mapped it.

I drove by and the owner was working on the front so I asked him about it. They have self serve yogurt for about 32c and oz like Yogurtand and also serve smoothies. There are over 20+ dry toppings as well as fresh fruit. I took a peek inside and although not completely finished, the store looks great!! It’s very colorful and customer oriented.

The owner told me they are opening in about 1-2 weeks. I’ll keep you guys posted!!

Grand Opening tomorrow everyone (so I’m told)!

My boss, who goes to eat at a local restaurant every chance he gets, gets served by a past classmate of mine, whose boss is opening this place. My friend gave my boss a card and told him to give that to me with the message that it’s opening tomorrow, Saturday 12th, 2008. Yogurt fad power GO

They are wonderful! The yogurt is great- they have a huge selection of flavors as well as toppings; on top of this, it only costs $0.30 an ounce, and since they’re new, its like $0.26 an ounce (intro pricing). Fun, clean place. Ive never been so hooked on yogurt!

I was very impress at Yogurt Pad. Clean, friendly, good yogurt flavors, good price….
It’s my first time with a friend. I’ll definitely tell everyone I know about this place. I live in Huntington Beach and go to Golden West College…..
I first noticed Yogurt Pad from the Cinema 10 Theater, across the street.

    Go Yogurt Pad

Eversince then, I come every other day to eat yogurt there. They change their flavors every 2 weeks. They have MOCHI BALLS while other places out of them. I personally think their Original Tart is the best among others around here: HD, Yogurt passion, Pinkberry…
And, check it out, they have TARO, my all time favorite and it’s not bad at all…..
Strongly recommended this place. What else….oh…if you have your student ID, any school, 15% off for being a student….what a great way to support the students.

What a great place…. I was dragged there with a friend and it turned out better than I thought. No line, fruit fresh, dry toppings plenty to choose from. I am not a yogurt person, but frozen yogurt is so different, so so good. Tastes just like ice cream but much better since it’s yogurt. It’s good for your skin, my mom always says that and Mom is always right. I definite will come again with my family…..

I found this place out by accident, it’s behind a Pizza Hut where I went to pick up my lunch. I asked the people @ Pizza Hut and to my surprise they strongly recommended Yogurt Pad. They told me they all are addicted to yogurt now, they have to eat it everyday because it’s so good and healthy. With all that, I stopped by to experience myself. To my liking, there’re 10 flavors and couple of them are tropical like: coconut, pineapple, mango tango, and TARO. I love anything TARO. Pricing is .30/oz with any student ID 15%off…..watta deal!
I have been going back there every night for dessert.
