Happy Yogurt is located on 302 W El Norte Pky, #E in Escondido, CA.
It’s a small frozen yogurt shop that offers 6 flavors: raspberry, chocolate, vanilla bean, caramel custard, boysenberry, and peanut butter. For the sample, I chose to try boysenberry.

It was too soft and sour, so I opted for the raspberry (shown in picture). My companion tried the caramel custard with the vanilla bean, which was too sweet for our taste.

The sizes ranged from the smallest - termed “mini” for $1.75 to the largest, termed “giant” for $6.50. We ordered 2 minis and look at the portion that we got, for a total of $4.70! Toppings, ranged from $0.35 to $0.70 per topping, include the usual dry ones such as peanuts, chocolate chips, etc. to three fruit-in-syrup toppings. If you are a fresh fruit, mochi and tarty froyo fan, you won’t find them here…at least not yet.

They’re open Monday thru Saturday, from 11-7pm and Sundays from 11-4pm. The lows: the service was not up to par (3 out of 5 stars *or whatever the ratings are, that you guys have*), and the froyo wasn’t as pleasing to my taste buds. The highs: the price is really appealing, if you want a cheap froyo ‘fix’ and they’re not stingy on their toppings.
