Take a break from hitting up the Santa Anita horse racing track and get a load of some froyo at the Arcadia Center Plaza

In case you’re in the area and can’t find a PinGo in sight, that’s because it’s hidden inside the same store as Lollicup. Find the Lollicup in the back of the plaza, and Eureka, you’ve found it.

So you can always decide whether you want to stick to your froyo, or go with a boba drink.

You may notice the Grade B depicted above, in case you’re wondering, Lollicup received a B, and PinGo received a Grade A. Remember these are inspected by LA County Public Health just like any other restaurant, so you would hope all yogurt joints meet this criteria.

Upon stepping in, the decor is fun and colorful, and again the area is shared with Lollicup so boba and frozen yogurt fans can inter-mingle.

PinGo is not self-serve, but rather they serve you with a smile. Their staff can give you a choice from their 4 flavors - including original, green tea, strawberry, and blueberry.

Prices range from $3 to $5 depending on what size you choose. Plus, the other flavors cost a little more than original kind.

Toppings are fresh and appetizing and yes, they do have mochi here. The yogurt itself is nothing extraordinary by comparison with other froyo joints, but something about it is satisfactory. If you have a craving and are in the area, this might just do the trick.

Have you been here? How would you rate it?
